CRD Technik provides mobile automotive locksmith services, including but not limited to car key replacement, vehicle lockouts, key programming, auto electrician services, and related automotive security solutions.

2. Service Appointments

When booking a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and the service required. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that we cannot safely or effectively provide the requested service.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice at any time.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or communicated by our technicians.

4. Service Warranty

We provide a warranty on our workmanship and parts as specified at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Proof of Ownership

For security purposes, we may require proof of vehicle ownership or authorization before performing certain services, such as key replacement or lockout assistance. We reserve the right to refuse service if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRD Technik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
